I’ve led six different KeyBank locations across New York’s Capital Region, consistently accelerating revenue and profit growth. My leadership has been recognized through promotions to roles like Vice President and Relationship Manager, where I specialized in retirement planning and relationship development.

I’m passionate about creating a branch environment where both clients and financial advisors feel supported. Whether it’s guiding a clients through retirement or mentoring a new team member, I believe in building trust through action and results.
